The German property market is regarded as a beacon of stability internationally. The vast majority of investors and companies believe that the German real estate investment market will remain attractive. In fact, the number of people sharing this view increased compared to last year, from 66% to 80%. These are the results of Ernst & Young Real Estate GmbH’s annual trend survey of some 100 companies and investors.
