Unique to Mahe, all private residences are Freehold and occupy some of the largest plots of its type in the region. Designed by award winning architect, Cheong Yew Kuan, to blend harmoniously with the landscape, each villa is constructed on stilts connected by wooden walkways with separate living & sleeping pavilions to ensure total privacy. All emphasis however has been directed at the breathtaking views of the ocean, the islands or beach which can be enjoyed from the huge Teak sun desks or expansive infinity pools.

Owners have a choice of furnishing schemes from French Chic to British Contemporary. In addition, we want your villa to be your home from home therefore all villas will come with specially commissioned art from local artists.
