Hamptons Sloane Square Estate Agents

The Hamptons Sloane Square estate agency team is located centrally on Lower Sloane Street covering the surrounding neighbourhoods of Chelsea and Belgravia including the SW3, SW1W and SW1X postcodes.

Properties in the area range from magnificent Stucco fronted and red brick period buildings, which may be arranged as single town houses or converted to flats of all sizes, to period mansion blocks and luxury lateral apartments.

Modern riverside developments in the area offer parking and 24-hour concierge services. A large proportion of the area falls within the Cadogan and Grosvenor Estates and as such many of the freeholds are still owned by the Earl Cadogan and The Duke of Westminster respectively.

The Sloane Square area is defined by superb residential garden squares and world famous shopping on the Kings Road and Sloane Street. The location also provides excellent local schools such as Hill House, Francis Holland and Garden House.

The Royal Hospital is a landmark building designed by Sir Christopher Wren and completed in 1692, it hosts the Chelsea Flower Show every year and is also the home to the Chelsea Pensioners who can be seen locally in their distinctive red tunics.

Sloane Square Underground tube station (District and Circle lines) is located on the Square itself.

Design an Easter Egg competition

Hamptons International Sloane Square launched a Design an Easter Egg competition for children in the local area over the Easter period, helping to raise money for the Chelsea Pensioners.

The children let their imaginations run wild as they designed their own Easter Egg, making it as original and creative as they liked, perhaps using inspiration from the many egg-quisite Fabergé Eggs in the local area.

It was very difficult choosing the wining entries as we received so many fantastic creations, many from Garden House School and Knightsbridge School. The lucky prize winners were awarded with a certificate presented by In Pensioner Eggleton from Royal Hospital Chelsea Pensioners and a Peter Jones vouchers. The pictures were displayed in Hamptons International Sloane Square window over the Easter period so friends and family could marvel at the children’s egg-cellent creations.

Winners were awarded with a certificate and gift voucher. The winning entries Entries on display in branch windows.
