The country offers a range of visa options, especially meant for property investors. Let’s have a quick glance at them.

* 10-Year Golden Visa

Property investors investing in properties of AED 10 million and above in the UAE are eligible for a 10-year residence visa, popularly known as UAE Golden Visa. This is irrelevant of whether they live in the UAE or internationally. However, the amount invested should not be a loan. The investment should also be retained for at least three years.
The long-term visas can include the spouse and children, as well as one executive director and one advisor.

* 5-Year Retirement Visa

A property investor, whether a UAE resident or not can be eligible for a 5-year Investor Visa, having invested in an unmortgaged property worth AED 5 Million or above. The property should be retained for at least 3 years.

* 3- Year Investor Visa

A 3-year Investor Visa can be availed by a UAE resident or an international investor who has invested in an unmortgaged property of at least AED 1 Million. Similar to other property visas, it is mandatory for the investor to retain the property for at least 3 years.
