• Check the doors and windows, they should be in a good condition.
• The air conditioners should be serviced and the insulation pipes should be installed well.
• There shouldn’t be any missing grouts or cracked/chipped tiles.
• Make sure the light fittings are well done and all lights are working.
• Check the kitchen appliances and whether they’re working or not. 
• Ensure the bathroom fittings and fixtures are well done.
